Tampa Personal Injury Attorney Focused on You

As a Tampa personal injury attorney, I’ve built my practice around helping individuals who’ve been hurt due to someone else’s negligence. My mission is to provide compassionate, client-centered legal representation that delivers real results—and real peace of mind.

Why I Chose Personal Injury Law

While attending Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center, I quickly realized I wanted to help people who were being taken advantage of and couldn’t fight back. That drive to advocate for others has deep roots in my family. Growing up in Miami, I watched my grandfather dedicate his time to helping people in our community—especially those who struggled to access medical care or legal help. He often stepped in to connect them with doctors or attorneys when they had nowhere else to turn. His compassion and commitment to doing the right thing left a lasting impression on me.

That legacy inspired me to focus my legal studies on advocacy and injury-related matters, and it continues to guide how I practice law today—with empathy, integrity, and a deep sense of responsibility to those who need a voice.

Experience with Large Tampa Personal Injury Law Firms

Early in my career, I worked at some of the large “billboard law firms” that advertise heavily and handle thousands of cases at a time. While these firms often had the resources to take on big cases, I quickly saw the downside for clients. Many felt like just another file in a cabinet. I often heard things like, “You’re my third or fourth lawyer,” or “No one ever calls me back.” Clients were frustrated, confused, and felt abandoned during one of the most difficult times in their lives.

I also spent time doing defense work, representing insurance companies and large corporations. That experience gave me valuable insight into how the other side thinks and operates. I saw firsthand how insurance companies work to minimize payouts and delay claims, often using tactics that take advantage of people who don’t know their rights. It reinforced my belief that injured individuals need strong, informed advocates who can stand up to these powerful entities.

That combination of experiences—seeing how clients were treated in high-volume firms and understanding the strategies used by insurance companies—shaped the way I practice law today. I knew I wanted to build something different: a firm where clients are heard, respected, and represented with the care and attention they deserve.

A Client-Centered Approach

From day one, I knew I wanted to build a law practice that put people first. At our firm, we don’t treat clients like case numbers—we treat them like family. That means when you call, you speak directly with your attorney, not a call center or a case manager who barely knows your name. We take the time to listen, explain the process clearly, and keep you informed every step of the way.

We also understand that every case is personal. No two injuries, families, or circumstances are the same. That’s why we tailor our approach to fit your unique needs and goals—not just what’s easiest or fastest.

How We Help

When someone is injured due to someone else’s negligence, the aftermath can be overwhelming—physically, emotionally, and financially. That’s where we come in. We help our clients navigate the chaos and focus on healing while we handle the legal side.

Whether it’s:

  • Coordinating medical care and ensuring treatment is covered
  • Getting your vehicle repaired or replaced
  • Recovering lost wages and future earnings
  • Dealing with insurance adjusters who try to minimize your claim
  • Or preparing your case for trial if that’s what it takes—

We’re with you every step of the way. Our goal is to take the pressure off your shoulders so you can focus on what matters most: getting better and moving forward.

About Me

I live in Brandon with my wife, Kristin, and our three sons—William, Alexander, and Edward—third-generation Tampa natives. When I’m not advocating for my clients, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family, especially at local parks and beaches. I enjoy weekends watching sports, cooking with family and friends, and always have music playing.

We’re proud to call the Tampa area our home and to serve our community with integrity, compassion, and dedication.
