ATTORNEY FRANCISCO “FRANK” J. MORA
PARTNER/TRIAL LAWYER
“But the mere truth won’t do. You must have a lawyer.”
Charles Dickens
While attending law school I quickly realized that I wanted to help people who were being taken advantage of because they could not fight back. This inevitably led me to concentrate my studies on advocacy and injury related matters.
For the early part of my career, I worked for those “billboard law firms” representing people who have been injured because of someone else’s actions. However, I quickly realized that these “billboard lawyers” could not truly help their clients because they did not know them and only focused on their “bottom line.” The biggest complaint I would hear from my clients is that “you are my third/fourth/fifth lawyer with this firm” and the clients would feel that no one cared about them or their injuries.
I knew this was not the type of person I was nor the type of attorney I wanted to be. Instead, I knew I needed to have a law practice that would be client-centered giving them the best possible experience and representation. It is for that reason that our clients call us directly when they have questions and do not get the run around when trying to speak with their attorney.
Jim and I fight every day to help our clients gain back what they lost because of someone else’s irresponsibility. Whether it be ensuring they receive the medical treatment they need, getting their vehicle repaired, or getting back their lost wages, we are there for them every step of the way.
I live with my wife, Kristin, and two boys, William and Alexander, who are third-generation Tampa natives.
